Late Fee applicable beyond 20th October 2019

Others: Rs 4000/- (Late Fee Rs. 500/-)

Research Scholars: Rs 3500/- (Late Fee Rs. 500/-)

Accompanying person: Rs 2000/- (This takes care of food charges including Conference Dinner. Please note that the accommodation charges are applicable as per the actual which will be collected on arrival.)

The registration process is done through the IMS2019 website via CEP, IIT Kharagpur portal. Note on Membership of IMS:

Only the members of the Society are entitled to participate in the Academic Programmes or present their papers in the Conference. In case of joint authorship of a manuscript, all the authors are required to be members of the Society.

Membership of the Society

Membership fees of the Society is as under :

(a). For Indian Citizens:

Life Membership fees: Rs. 2500/-

Annual/Sessional* Membership fees: Rs. 300/-

(b). For foreigners:

i. Life Membership fees: US$ 150/-

ii. Life Membership for members of the Socitiies having Reciprocity arrangement with IMS: US$ 100.

iii. Life Membership for persons from SAARC countries: US$ 50/-

iv. Annual/Sessional* Membership: US$ 15/-

Sessional Members are those who join the Society only for a particular Session. They may contribute papers for presentation and/or participate in any of the academic programmes held during the Session.
